Turning Insert - Positive

This single-sided positive turning insert, with its 80° rhomboid shape and 7° clearance angle, is a versatile tool. It features a 9.525 mm inscribed circular diameter, a 3.97 mm thickness, and a 0.8 mm radius at the nose. The insert provides indexing precision per ISO tolerance class-M and includes an FM chip-breaker with rounded cutting edges. Made from T8430 grade, a PVD-coated fine-grained WC-Co carbide is suitable for ISO ranges P20-P40 and M20-M35 and is designed for fine to medium steel and stainless steel machining.
