Product Description

Nexa 312-16 is a rutile type stainless steel electrode engineered for welding both similar and dissimilar steels. This electrode is adept at producing crack-free, high-strength joints in a range of materials, including carbon steel, low alloy steel, and stainless steel, even those considered difficult to weld.

[APPLICATIONS]

  • Forming dissimilar joints between stainless steel and high carbon steels, as well as unknown steels.
  • Welding challenging materials like high carbon hardenable tool steel, die and spring steels, 13 Mn steels, free-cutting steels, high-temperature steels, and cast steels.
  • Ideal for problematic steels requiring higher strength, such as pressing dies, trimming tools, and armor plates.
